Conduct inspection and inventory of semi-expendable property in the different offices from the 1st day of October 2024 until the 31st day of December 2024.
It is to recognize the cost of the purchase or acquired machinery and equipment costing less than the prescribed capitalization for use in government operation. This account is credited upon issuance to the end user, impairment transfer, loss, or other disposal, among others. An inventory custodian slip (ICS) shall be issued to the end user of semi-expendable property to establish accountability over such items.
