Mission
The GSO of Baybay aims to be an office which is concerned with the total well-being of its employees, dedicated to procure quality goods and services at reasonable price, providing manpower, support the City events, determined to systematized records management and committed to effectively manage and maintain the assets of the City.
Vision
To carry out the mandated task in the delivery of basic services and to provide adequate facilities in attaining a quality public service through a designed plan and strategies in the supply and property management, records and archives management and other related services in an efficient and effective manner for the general welfare to the people of the City of Baybay.
