2021 ACCOMPLISHMENT
ACTIVITIES:
- Pre-Marriage Orientation and Counseling (PMOC) – January to December, 269 would-be couples attended
- Responsible Parenthood & Family Planning (RPFP) – Attended by 150 Women of Reproductive Age from Zone 12, Zone 19, Barangay Lintaon and Balay Silangan
- Kalalakihang Tapat sa Responsibilidad at Obligasyon sa Pamilya (KATROPA) – Attended by 375 male from the Barangays of Zacarito, Hilapnitan, Kabatuan, Maypatag and Villa Solidaridad
2022 ACCOMPLISHMENT
ACTIVITIES:
- Pre-Marriage Orientation and Counseling (PMOC) – January to December, 300 would-be couples attended
- Responsible Parenthood & Family Planning (RPFP) – Attended by 100 Women of Reproductive Age from Barangay Maslug and Sto. Rosario
- Kalalakihang Tapat sa Responsibilidad at Obligasyon sa Pamilya (KATROPA) – Attended by 600 male from the Barangays of Caridad, Guadalupe, Makinhas, Marcos, Maslug, Pangasugan, Plaridel and Probation
- Adolescent Health & Youth Development (AHYD) – 700 students attended (Baybay Gymnasium, Plaridel National High School & Caridad National High School)

- Responsible Parenthood & Family Planning (RPFP) – Attended by 100 Women of Reproductive Age from Barangay Igang and Hilapnitan
- Kalalakihang Tapat sa Responsibilidad at Obligasyon sa Pamilya (KATROPA) – Attended by 600 male from the Barangays of Bubon, Matam-is, Imelda, Gaas, Sto.Rosario, Zone 1, Zone 22 and drivers of habal-habal, multicab, mini bus, pot-pot and downtown
- Adolescent Health & Youth Development (AHYD) – 700 students attended (Maganhan National High School, Baybay National High School & Bunga National High School)

Pre-Marriage Orientation and Counseling (PMOC) is “to provide would-be couples a deeper understanding and appreciation of what to expect during marriage and to effectively guide them in forming their own family”.

In connection of Women’s Month Celebration, the City Population conducted RPFP Class to Women Reproductive Age in Barangay Kilim, Baybay City, Leyte.

-March 5, 2024-
The City Population Office (CPO) conducted Adolescent Health and Youth Development, Fertility Awareness, Adolescent Reproductive Health and Teenage Pregnancy Risk & Intervention to Grade 10 students at Pomponan National High School.
The City Health Office together with the City Population Office joined together to address the rising issues and trends on teenage pregnancy and to raise awareness of adolescent’s rights and access to health.

The City Population Office (CPO) of LGU-Baybay would like thank to Mr. Raul Jaro Mercado Chief Probation and Parole Officer and Supervising Probation and Parole Officer Ariandne L. Siosana Training Coordinator for allowing us to conduct Kalalakihang Tapat sa Responsibilidad at Obligasyon sa PAmilya (KATROPA) Training to the 5th District Probationers and Parolees from Albuera, Mahaplag, Baybay and Inopacan. And we give thanks to Lea Tamse the Internal Auditor and Focal Person of Anti-Drug Abuse Council (ADAC), Community Based Drug Rehabilitation Program (CBDRP) of LGU-Albuera, Barangay Captains, Councilors and Family Members for joining the KATROPA Training.
