To effectively and efficiently maximize revenues thru collection of taxes, fees and charges accruing to the local government, aligned with existing laws and ordinances. Take proper custody and good management of funds in order to sustain and maintain the financial needs and development of the city.

An effective and highly progressive organization for fiscal administration particularly in the collection, custody and disbursement of funds with reliable and competent public servants that supports the local government in achieving its financial goals and objectives.
